Dining - Casual and Formal Dining Room 2014
This report presents the results of Impact Consulting’s 2014 Consumer Survey for Dining Furniture, a national survey conducted by the firm. The objective of this study was to compile, evaluate, and present the opinions of a group of recent Dining furniture purchasers. Its purpose was to guide providers of home furnishings as they search for the best way to bring their offerings to the attention of the end-users.
All data shown in the following graphics are products of this survey. Impact Consulting solicited the opinions of a geographically and demographically balanced field of consumers who were engaged in the home furnishings furniture market. Our respondents had, within the past 18 months, bought either casual dining or formal dining room furniture. Those purchasers were profiled according to various criteria; including age and income, gender, lifestyle cluster, and the motivators that encourage them to purchase furniture.
